Parlan - fusible wadding, batting for bags, table runners, soft books etc.

Parlan is a thin felt-like iron on wadding/interfacing.

Sometimes used as a substitute for pellon, parlan is slightly thinner but very practical.  It is a perfect wadding for table runners, bags, wall hangings.  It is also easy to hand stitch through, so perfect to put behind stitcheries.

Parlan is 50% Polyester/50% Viscose and is 100cm wide.
